7Muses first-floor design is a grand 1800s double-parlor format that has been reimagined to create a fluid and functional space for gracious entertaining and gathering.  The front parlor can also be closed off from the kitchen and bar area with an oversized pocket door to create a more intimate vibe.  Stream a movie or tune in to a live TV sporting event, break out a classic board game during a passing afternoon thundershower, or get lost in a Nola-themed novel from our mini-library.

Tucked behind a stained glass window off the gourmet kitchen and adjacent to a cozy powder room is a handy laundry/mudroom/pantry area that opens out to the courtyard and gated parking area. One of the guest suites is situated on the main level and accessible by only three steps; the other three guest suites are on the upper level and described in more detail below.
